The general operation of the service is based on the application of analytical algorithms for the prediction of future behaviour of our customers, so that we can maximize the value of our customer base and minimize the impact of customers churn.
The working method followed by the service platform is based on observed information drawn from our business information from different sources of company data.
Data with our analysts select the model that best fit the input data and starts a learning process model so that once completed will be able to predict the future behaviour of our client.
This learning process ends with a validation of the model to ensure maximum quality of the resulting model.
Once you have a validated model, every month customers will run scoring process to re calculate their customers scoring based on the changes in their behaviour in the last month. This way our client future action can be known at any time, in best position to action if churn risk is detected or upselling or crosselling opportunities appear.
